About Me
In 2009, I had a loving husband, two amazing children, a beautiful home, and a successful career.
But in spite of my many blessings, I was resentful and stressed over my life’s perceived marital and parental imbalances.
In my confusion, I felt restless because I knew I was meant to do more with my life.
Something had to change.
So I did.
I was introduced to Martha Beck and Mary Morrissey and my the changes began.
- My martyr attitudes began to dispel as cultural conditioning and societal expectations peeled away.
- Ingrained childhood messages were discovered and brought into positive focus.
- Beliefs, which were not serving me, were released as I began to discover my true desires, purpose and happiness.
- I learned to trust myself and started taking steps to make my dreams a reality.
- I am now living my dream life as a transformational coach and high-performance team coach.
I found my purpose.
After 20 years as certified diabetes educator coach, I embarked on a journey to help others design and manifest a life that’s in harmony with their Soul’s purpose. I have worked with people from all walks of life helping them build their dreams, find their purpose and create a richer, more fulfilling life.

Over the last 7 years, I have coached several hundred clients from around the world, including those from Africa, India, Europe and United States.
